Voorwaarden terug-win-actie
- Deze terug-win-actie loopt vanaf 2 januari 2024 t/m 31 december 2024.
- Er zal één persoon kans maken om zijn of haar aankoopbedrag terug te winnen. Door mee te doen aan de actie, verklaart de deelnemer akkoord te zijn met de actievoorwaarden/spelregels.
- Actie geldig op aankoop van een SUR-RON, GOWOW, MALAGUTI, DRILL ONE, ARCTIC LEOPARD, NIU, NIPPONIA en LIFAN.
- De winnaar krijgt de aankoopwaarde van zijn voertuig exclusief btw, exclusief kortingen & exclusief opties met een maximum van 5780 Euro integraal teruggestort.
- Klanten die een power upgrade aankopen (EBMX controller, motor of batterij) doen ook automatisch mee met de terug-win-actie. Elk onderdeel van de power upgrade komt apart in aanmerking. De aankoopwaarde exclusief btw en exclusief eventuele kortingen van het onderdeel van de power upgrade wordt bij winst met een maximum van 5780 Euro integraal teruggestort.
- De trekking gebeurt op 31 december 2024.
- Begin januari 2025 wordt er telefonisch of via mail contact opgenomen met de winnaar. Het bedrag wordt dan zo spoedig mogelijk gestort, dit kan enkele weken duren. Bij het niet kunnen bereiken van de winnaar, hetzij per mail, hetzij telefonisch, behoudt E-Bikes Bornem het recht voor om na 5 werkdagen een nieuwe winnaar te trekken.
- De winnaar gaat ermee akkoord dat hij binnen de 8 dagen na de trekking met zijn voertuig langskomt en dat er van hem een foto wordt gemaakt in onze showroom. Deze foto zal door ons gebruikt worden op sociale media kanalen.
- Indien de winnaar niet aanwezig kan zijn binnen de 8 dagen na de trekking zal er automatisch een nieuwe trekking volgen.
- Over de uitslag kan niet worden gecorrespondeerd.
- De klant kan op verzoek afstand nemen van de winactie.
- Deze terug-win-actie wordt uitsluitend georganiseerd voor particulieren.
- E-Bikes Bornem zal alle persoonsgegevens die zij verkrijgt in het kader van deze actie vertrouwelijk en conform de eisen van de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens behandelen.
- E-Bikes Bornem zal de persoonlijke gegevens van de winnaar en deelnemers uitsluitend gebruiken voor deze actie en nieuwsbrief en nooit aan derden verstrekken, dan wel verkopen of verhuren.
- E-Bikes Bornem behoudt zich het recht voor de actie eenzijdig te wijzigen, veranderen of te onderbreken en/of de actievoorwaarden en/of prijzen tijdens de winactie te wijzigen zonder dat E-Bikes Bornem verplicht is tot vergoeding van schade jegens de deelnemers.
De actie werkt als volgt:
- De deelnemer koopt zijn voertuig of power upgrade in de actieperiode in de showroom of via de webshop: www.e-bikes-bornem.be
- De deelnemer doet automatisch mee zodra hij zijn aankoop van het voertuig of power upgrade heeft gedaan in de showroom of via de webshop.
- De deelnemer vult de benodigde gegevens volledig en naar waarheid in.
- De deelnemer gaat akkoord met deze actievoorwaarden.
- De winnende deelnemer wordt door middel van loting vastgesteld.
- Begin januari 2025 wordt er telefonisch of via mail contact opgenomen met de winnaar.
- Bij het niet kunnen bereiken van de winnaar behoudt E-Bikes Bornem het recht voor om na 5 werkdagen een nieuwe winnaar te trekken.

Conditions for a refund promotion
- This win-back promotion runs from January 2, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
- One person will have a chance to win back his or her purchase amount. By participating in the promotion, the participant declares to agree with the promotion conditions/rules.
- Promotion valid on the purchase of a SUR-RON, GOWOW, MALAGUTI, DRILL ONE, ARCTIC LEOPARD, NIU, NIPPONIA and LIFAN.
- The winner will receive a full refund of the purchase value of his vehicle excluding VAT, excluding discounts & excluding options with a maximum of 5,780 Euro.
- Customers who purchase a power upgrade (controller, motor or battery) worth at least €1,500 also automatically participate in the win-back promotion. In this case, the amount of the power upgrade excluding VAT will be refunded in full in the event of a win.
- Customers who purchase a power upgrade (EBMX controller, motor or battery) also automatically participate in the win-back promotion. Each part of the power upgrade is considered separately. The purchase value excluding VAT and excluding any discounts of the part of the power upgrade will be fully refunded in case if you win, up to a maximum of 5,780 Euro.
- The draw will take place on December 31, 2024.
- The winner will be contacted by telephone or email in early January 2025. The amount will then be deposited as soon as possible, this may take several weeks. If the winner cannot be reached, either by email or telephone, E-Bikes Bornem reserves the right to draw a new winner after 5 working days.
- The winner agrees to bring his vehicle within 8 days of the draw and have his photo taken in our showroom. This photo will be used by us on social media channels.
- If the winner cannot be present within 8 days after the draw, a new draw will automatically follow.
- The results are not open to discussion.

- This win-back promotion is organized exclusively for individuals.
- E-Bikes Bornem will treat all personal data it obtains in the context of this campaign confidentially and in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.
- E-Bikes Bornem will only use the personal data of the winner and participants for this promotion and newsletter and will never provide it to third parties, sell or rent it out.
- E-Bikes Bornem reserves the right to unilaterally change, change or interrupt the promotion and/or to change the promotion conditions and/or prizes during the competition without E-Bikes Bornem being obliged to compensate the participants for damages.
The refund promotion works as follows:
- The participant purchases his vehicle or power upgrade during the promotional period in the showroom or via the webshop: www.e-bikes-bornem.be
- The participant automatically participates as soon as he has purchased the vehicle or power upgrade in the showroom or via the webshop.
- The participant fills in the required information completely and truthfully.
- The participant agrees to these promotional terms and conditions.
- The winning participant will be determined by drawing lots.
- The winner will be contacted by telephone or email in early January 2025.
- If the winner cannot be reached, E-Bikes Bornem reserves the right to draw a new winner after 5 working days.
